Hi my name is Mark Ardry. I'm one of four owners of Ardry Farms. Our family has been growing produce for over 90 years. We also supply local stores with seasonal produce. I started going to Bellefonte Farmers' Market when I was seven years old with my grandfather. In 2005 we started going to the Boalsburg Farmers' Market. A little history: my great grandfather went to Renovo Farmers' Market and also made house calls back in the 1920s before he started in the Bellefonte Farmers' Market in 1936. I've been on the family farm all of my life.
We grow all kinds of vegetables from sweet corn to tomatoes. Beans, potatoes and strawberries are just some of the other great veggies that we grow. We also have some livestock. We raise beef cattle and also have some chickens, too.
