Byler Goat Dairy is located on Sequoia Farm, nestled in beautiful Big Valley. Our family
farm has been in operation for several generations. The goat dairy was added in March of 2009. We, James & Darla Byler,
manage the operation. James is dairyman and herd manager while Darla processes and markets the milk products.
We enjoy providing you with a healthy alternative to cow milk. Goat milk is easier to
digest and many with lactose intolerance can still enjoy dairy through our products. We bottle raw, pasteurized and
chocolate goat milk. We also make dry curd cheese (similar to ricotta), kefir and chevre.
Stop by our stand at the Boalsburg Farmers Market and our son, Jaron, will be happy to
help you with your dairy needs.
