Fasta & Ravioli Company is a producer of fresh artisan handcrafted pasta, produced locally and currently selling fresh pasta at two shop locations and local artisan markets like the Boalsburg Farmers Market, Provisions and Emporium. 

Choose from a variety of fresh pastas, including: egg, spinach, roasted red pepper, whole wheat, saffron, and beet. All pastas are cut on-site with your choice of fettuccini, angel hair, or pappardelle pastas. Also, Fasta carries a selection of bronze extruded pre-packaged pastas including: penne, angel hair, fettuccini, pappardelle, linguette, and fusilli. Homemade sauces, pesto, and specialty butters are available to complete your easy, fast and fresh pasta meal.
